以棉粕蛋白为酶解底物,用枯草杆菌蛋白酶对其进行酶解,以酶解产物1.5%和3.0%两个梯度等量替代鱼饲料配方中棉粕,在室内流水养殖系统中喂养异育银鲫鱼种[体重为(30±2)g]65天。测定鱼的生长、营养物质表观消化率、消化蛋白酶活性及肝胰脏中胰蛋白酶mRNA表达水平等指标。结果表明,添加1.5%和3.0%棉粕酶解产物的鱼在饲养35天后的特定增长率(SGR)分别比对照组高32.5%和56.7%,且差异显著(P<0.05);在饲养65天后,两组特定增长率分别比对照组高8.0%和21.0%,且差异极显著(P<0.01),肝胰脏中胰蛋白酶mRNA表达水平也随棉粕酶解产物添加梯度提高而相应提高,表明鱼的生长与消化蛋白酶mRNA表达水平相关。同时棉粕蛋白酶解物对肠道蛋白酶的活性和营养物质表观消化率都有促进作用,而棉粕蛋白酶解物对鱼肌肉成分并没有改变,这也表明棉粕蛋白酶解物在促进鱼生长、内源酶活性同时并未降低鱼的品质。  相似文献

Diagenetic changes are difficult to distinguish from variations in sources of organic matter to sediments. Organic geochemical comparisons of samples of wood, bark, and needles from a white spruce (Picea glauca) living today and one buried for 10,000 years in lake sediments have been used to identify the effects of diagenesis on vascular plant matter. Important biogeochemical changes are evident in the aged spruce components, even though the cellular structures of the samples are well preserved. Concentrations of total fatty acids dramatically diminish; unsaturated and shorter chainlength components are preferentially lost from the molecular distributions. Concentrations of total alcohols are similar in the modern and 10,000-year-old wood and bark but markedly lowered in the aged needles. Hydrocarbon concentrations and distributions show little diagenetic change in the 10,000-year-old plant materials. Cellulose components in the wood decrease relative to lignin components, although both types of materials remain in high concentration in comparison to other organic components. Aromatization of abietic acid proceeds more rapidly in buried spruce wood than in bark; retene is the dominant polyaromatic hydrocarbon in the aged wood. In contrast to the variety of changes evident in molecular compositions, neither 13C values nor C/N ratios differ significantly in the bulk organic matter of modern and aged spruce components.  相似文献

Gelatin from the sea cucumber(Paracaudina chinens var.) was hydrolyzed by bromelain and the hydrolysate was found to have a high free radical scavenging activity. The hydrolysate was fractionated through an ultrafiltration membrane with 5 kDa molecular weight cutoff(MWCO). The portion(less than 5 kDa) was further separated by Sephadex G-25. The active peak was col-lected and assayed for free radical scavenging activity. The scavenging rates for superoxide anion radicals(O2·-) and hydroxyl radi-cals(·OH) of the fraction with the highest activity were 29.02% and 75.41%,respectively. A rabbit liver mitochondrial free radical damage model was adopted to study the free radical scavenging activity of the fraction. The results showed that the sea cucumber gelatin hydrolysate can prevent the damage of rabbit liver and mitochondria.  相似文献

通过室内物理模拟实验,研究平面模型中周期性注入弱凝胶效果和提高采收率机理.研究证明,弱凝胶调驱可大幅改善水驱油藏平面和纵向上的非均质性,提高水驱波及系数.周期性注入凝胶段塞能取得调剖作用和驱替效果,前段弱凝胶、中间水和后续弱凝胶可组成一个有机灵活整体,使水驱效率大幅提高,可维持调驱效果长效性.在试验基础上,针对埕岛油田北区CB6B块非均质突出,水驱矛盾突出问题,现场实施周期性弱凝胶调驱.实施后注入剖面得到明显改善,含水下降,累增油量2.05×104 t,提高采油速度0.3%.  相似文献

对鱼蛋白酶水解物EAPH进行评价。EAPH蛋白质含量88.26%,氨基酸比例会理,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸43.61%,并含丰富的水溶性维生素和微量元素。EAPH对动物的生长效果、饲料效率(FE)、蛋白质效率(PER)、净蛋白质效率(NPR)均与对照乳粉蛋白相近;表征其消化吸收利用率的其消化率(TD)、生物价(BV)、蛋白质净利用率(NPU)均略高于对照乳粉蛋白;小麦粉蛋白经EAPH强化后,其蛋白质消化吸收利用率大幅度提高。EAPH为优良蛋白制品。  相似文献

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were encapsulated with alginate, gelatin and trehalose additives by the extrusion method and dried at 4 ℃. The microcapsules were generally spherical and had a wrinkled surface with a size of 1.7mm± 0.2mm Trehalose as a carbohydrate source in the culture medium could reduce acid production and performed no function in the positive proliferation of LAB. Using trehalose as a carbohydrate source and protective medittm simultaneously had a benefit in the protection of LAB cells during the storage at 4 ℃. The density of live LAB cells could be 10^7 CFU g^-1 after 8weeks of storage. Cells of LAB could be continuously released from the capsules from the acidic (pH 1.2) to neutral conditions (pH 6.8). The release amounts and proliferation speeds of LAB cells in neutral medium were much larger and faster than those in acidic conditions. Additionally, nxtmobilization of LAB could improve the survival of cells when they were exposed to acidic medium (pH 1.2) with a survival rate of 76%.  相似文献

Gelatin extracted from the body wall of the sea cucumber (Stichopus japonicus) was hydrolyzed with flavourzyme. Low-molecular-weight gelatin hydrolysate (LMW-GH) of 700–1700 Da was produced using an ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor system. Chemiluminescence analysis revealed that LMW-GH scavenges high free radicals in a concentration-dependent manner; IC50 value for superoxide and hydroxyl radicals was 442 and 285 μg mL−1, respectively. LMW-GH exhibited excellent inhibitory characteristics against melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity in B16 cells. Furthermore, LMW-GH notably increased intracellular glutathione (GSH), which in turn suppressed melanogenesis. LMW-GH performs antioxidation activity, holding the potential of being used as a valuable ingredient in function foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals or nutriceuticals.  相似文献

探讨了秘鲁鱿鱼(Dosidicus eschrichitii Steenstrup)皮明胶水解物对血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)的抑制活性以及其降血压作用。采用超滤法对明胶水解液进行初步分离;采用比色法检测不同分子量范围鱿鱼皮明胶水解物组分的ACE抑制活性;采用两肾一夹型建立肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHR)模型,经口服预防给药30 d后,测定大鼠血压和血液中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量。试验结果表明鱿鱼皮明胶水解物体外均能明显抑制ACE的活性,其中UC-2和UF-2的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为0.71和0.79 mg/mL。UF-2组分经口服预防给药可显著降低肾血管性高血压大鼠的动脉血压和大鼠血浆中的AngⅡ水平,具有较好的降血压效果。  相似文献

用透射电镜、扫描电镜、热分析及矿物谱学等手段对含钙铝铁水解聚合产物(含微量硅)合成初期样品及其陈化9年后样品组成物相的形态演化进行了观察对比研究。结果表明,含钙铝铁溶液合成初期迅速形成类钙矾石双羟合结构体,其结构中部分Al3+被Fe3+取代、SO42-阴离子被Cl-离子替代,无定形的铝铁共聚物、铝硅共聚物和多种铝、铁、钙氢氧化物(氧化物)微晶竞争存在。缺氧条件下铝铁水解产物的演化由于氯、钙离子的存在而与文献的报道有所不同。陈化改变了含钙聚合铝(铁)溶液中的长程有序结构。其中的类钙矾石双羟合结构体在高Cl-、低pH环境下长期陈化过程经历了溶解-再结晶作用。大量的铁微晶相溶解形成富铝水羟合铁(ferrihydrite)胶体结构,Cl-与Ca2+以键合或共沉淀方式进入富铝水羟合铁(ferrihydrite)相。富铝水羟合铁(ferrihydrite)胶体最终的结晶相还是β-FeOOH。  相似文献
